Priority One Emergency Medical Service has maintained a strong commitment to providing professional ambulance services since its inception in 1989. As composed in 1989 by Sandy Kolesar-Peppler, founder of Priority One, in the above Mission Statement, our commitment to providing professional, compassionate, exemplary pre-hospital care was our basis then, and remains our foundation now.

Priority One Emergency Medical Service is a Pennsylvania State licensed Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) ambulance service. As a local business, Priority One employs an average of 58 staff members, including administrative personnel, Paramedics, Emergency Medical Technicians, Dispatchers and automotive mechanics.

Priority One EMS is 9-1-1 Emergency response for the boroughs of Braddock, East Pittsburgh, North Braddock and Rankin. Priority One provides emergency, non-emergency ambulance and Wheelchair Van service for over 20 Nursing, Personal Care and Assisted Living facilities in Allegheny County and multiple physician offices, including Internal Medicine, Orthopedics and Cardiology specialties. Residents and businesses of any locality may request emergency medical services by calling 412-664-9000.

Through the Department of Education, Priority One is a Community Training Center (CTC) under the guidelines of the American Heart Association and a Continuing Education (Con Ed) provider with the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Community based Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training is available to schools, businesses, offices and other public entity groups upon request for a minimal charge.

Priority One EMS is a member of the Pennsylvania Region 4 Strike Team, who may be deployed to aid in disaster relief throughout the eastern United States, following devastation due to natural and catastrophic events.

Priority One Emergency Medical Services is proud to be an active member of the EABA and has the highest regards for the professional business men and women associated with this organization. We believe that the values and principles contained in our Mission Statement is also apparent in the businesses represented by the EABA. Allmor Towing has been a presence in the Mon Valley since 1989. A family owned business, proprietors Roy & Grace Deer started the business with 1 tow truck and a 2 car garage doing towing and automotive repairs.

Today Allmor employs nine people working from a 15,0000 square foot facility along with 3 impound lots. At present the company has six flatbed trucks and one light & medium duty recovery trucks.

Their son, Sam Deer who has been with the company since 2001 has taken over daily operations and has moved into an ownership role in the business.

Grace Deer is also noted as the first women licenced salvor in the area.

Allmor is responsible for the Police towing and impound in nine communities, operating 24/7 quality towing service for the following communities, North Versailles, East Mckeesport, Wilmerding, Wall, East Pittsburgh,Turtle Creek, Braddock, North Braddock, and Rankin.

In addition, Allmor has used auto parts & tires available for sale. We also provide private towing for the community. Allmor holds quarterly Auto Actions on site and insurance collision repair is available.

Allmor remains committed to our communities regarding excellent service and fair pricing and honest business.

East Hills Cabinet Company was founded by Ron Virtes in 1971 and continues to be a family owned and operated business conveniently located in the Turtle Creek Valley area. Ron started in the cabinet business, as a young apprentice building custom kitchens for Dreschler Cabinet Company in Elrama, Pa. He continued advancing his skills under some of the finest craftsmen in the Pittsburgh area.

After holding positions of increasing responsibility, he decided to finally open his own shop. Ron was joined by his son Jim in 1991 and they have worked side by side ever since. In 2014, Ron passed the company to Jim, who has and will maintain the East Hills Cabinet Company tradition of high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Today, East Hills Cabinet Company proudly serves the Greater Pittsburgh and surrounding areas as a full service organization providing a quality product to those with discriminating tastes. Their mission is to provide the best quality and value to their customers. The needs of the customers will always be East Hills Cabinet’s foremost priority, with their absolute satisfaction and patronage as a goal.

Ron and Jim state that once a customer contacts them, an appointment will be scheduled at either their location or at the showroom to discuss the project. Roxanne Sakoian Eichler has been a practicing attorney for 33 years. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the  U.S. District Court for Western, Pa. and the Supreme Court of the United States. Her area of experience is estates, wills and trusts. She is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law,Juris Doctor Degree and Penn State University, Bachelor of Science Degree with Highest Distinction. Roxanne’s goal is to help you “PLAN FOR THE FUTURE” with the following services: Estate Planning and Administration, Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney for Medical and Financial Needs and Living Wills.
