EABA Member Name: Barbara A. Logan, M.Ed.,CRS,ABR,RRS,CNE, e-PRO

Barbara’s working career began in 1970 where she taught at Plum Senior High for three years after graduating from IUP. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to teach at CCAC. Barbara is now a retired professor from the Community College of Allegheny County, after teaching at both South and Boyce Campuses a total of 31 years. Her second career is that of a realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. She has been with them since 2003. Barbara has had listings in both Allegheny and Westmoreland Counties and has sold properties in Butler and Washington County! As a member of the West Penn MultiList service, she is able to list and sell in a number of counties in Western Pennsylvania, and she may have a sale soon in Beaver County!

If you are moving to another county or state and need a realtor, please contact Barbara Logan first, as she will be able to refer an Agent for you. As a matter of fact, in 2006, she helped Andrea Graziano sell a property in Florida. As a result of that sale, Barbara obtained her designation as a Residential Relocation Specialist. The real estate industry runs on referrals and Barbara will earn a referral fee from the names of individuals you share with her when they go on to list or buy a property and it goes to closing. Because she believes education and knowledge are so important in a chosen career, Barbara has obtained a number of real estate related designations over the past ten years: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Electronic Pro earned totally online, E-PRO, Homes of Distinction (formerly Christies’ Great Estates), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). All of the courses have prepared Barbara to help you list or buy a house. You may contact her via her cell phone at 412-389-2929 or email her at blogan@howardhanna.com.
